If the purchase you receive is faulty or does not match the description, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit. Our policy lasts 14 days for orders shipped within Australia and 28 days for orders outside of Australia; from the date your purchase was delivered to you.

To be eligible to return an item and receive store credit for the returned items, they must:

  • Be received by us within the time frame specified above
  • Be unused and in the same condition you received them. Items that are worn cannot be returned.
  • Have no marks
  • No fragrant smell from, including but not limited to, cosmetics, perfume, deodorant and washing powder.
  • Have all original labels and swing tags attached.

The cost of return shipping will be at customer's expense, we will be unable to refund or credit this cost for postage.

All items are inspected upon receipt. Returns that do not match the specifications above will be returned to the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by courier when being returned. We recommend you keep a copy of the tracking number.

Once we receive your return, subject to conditions above. You will be notified and we will issue you a store credit equivalent to the cost of the item purchased, excluding shipping cost. Your credit note will be sent within 3 working days of receiving your returned item.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please email us at support@coonaka.store if you meet the criteria below and we will help you with the best process.

Please choose your items carefully as change of mind or incorrect sizing do you warrant a return. If you are unsure of sizing, please contact us and we can recommend the correct size for you. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. As it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, please contact your credit card company. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@coonaka.store and we will get in touch with you.
